The flowers looked really nice and lasted longer than I thought they would. I might just be picky because I was already in a rush when they arrived, but the box was a bit bent. Still, the flowers themselves held up fine, so I’m happy with them overall.

Once I finally got the flower house put together, it looked decent, but getting there was frustrating. The instructions weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked, and I had a few parts that just didn’t seem to line up quite right. I thought it would be a quicker project, but it ended up taking me way longer than expected...

The flowers arrived on the day they promised, and the whole ordering process was really easy. The box was a little bumped up when it got here, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Tracking updated well too. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with how the delivery went.

The flowers were nice, and mostly looked like what I thought I was ordering. Delivery was fine too, like not super fast or anything, but it arrived when it was supposed to, so that part was okay.

The packaging though was not doing great. One side of the box was all bashed in, and the inside wrapping was kind of loose and just there, if that makes sense. A few of the stems ended up bent, which was a bit annoying to see.

Overall it wasn’t a terrible order, because the flowers themselves were still nice enough. But for flowers, I feel like the box should be more careful or stronger maybe. I might order again, but I’d be hoping the packing is better next time...

I had to return a flowerhouse cover after one of the seams started coming loose. Customer support did get back to me, but it was a few days between replies, and the answers weren’t always consistent. One person told me one thing, then someone else seemed to ask for the same photos again, so I had to send them twice. They did end up honoring the warranty, which I appreciated, but the whole process could’ve been a lot quicker and clearer

I don’t remember every freezing night we had, but I do remember checking my plants afterward and being relieved they were still doing fine. Whatever the worst nights were, this definitely helped keep them safe through the winter.

I’ve had it for a little while now, and it feels stable enough overall. We’ve had a few fairly windy days, and it’s held up just fine from what I can tell.

The frame seems solid enough, but the cover feels a lot thinner than I thought it would be. I guess I expected better materials based on how it was presented, so I do feel a bit misled. It works fine for now, but I’m not totally confident about how it’ll hold up long term.

Nice. This ended up fitting more pots than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is the shelves feel a little close together, so taller plants might be a squeeze.

Support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing is the tracking wasn’t super clear, and I couldn’t help wondering if they keep it a little vague on purpose so people don’t ask too many questions. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the shipping updates were easier to follow.

Got caught in some heavy rain and, it held up fine. No leaks so far, which is a relief. I was kind of expecting at least a little water to sneak in, but nope. Very satisfactory performance, I guess.

I ordered a bouquet it looked really nice for the price. I’ve paid more at other places and didn’t feel like I got much better, so this felt like a good value. Delivery went smoothly too. It wasn’t the most perfect bouquet ever, but compared to a lot of options out there, I’d say it was definitely worth it.

These vents work really well. My plants used to get way too warm, but now the airflow is so much better and the temps stay steady. it feels like a tiny climate-control miracle in there
